1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All parcels will be shipped out within 2 -5 days. For items amounting to under RM200, a flat RM10 shipping fee. Any items amounting to RM200 and above, shipping charges are free.
3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has been shipped.
The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
