Returning and Refund Policy

All our products are 100% handmade and are produced individually, thus no two pieces are produced exactly the same. There might be slight variations in color, size and materials used on each bag, these are not product flaws. These are minor distinctions which make each item unique as a result of having 100% handmade products.

While we aim to ensure that we provide you with the highest quality of products, sometimes, there are instances beyond our control that result in your products being damaged in transit. If this happens, we would be glad to assist you to either replace or refund you.

Please email us at info@siroidesigns.com the proof of damage or defect within 7 days of receipt of the item. A clear photo or short video will be a great help. Once we receive the proof, we will be filing a claim on your behalf.

You can choose one of the following return options:

  1. Exchange your item for different size/color
  2. A full refund to your original payment mode or Store Credit
  3. Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent

If you do not select a refund method when submitting your return request, you will automatically receive your refund as Store Credit. Make sure to check if you still qualify for free shipping after returning your item(s).

Returns Policy Checklist

  • Within 7 days of receipt
  • Invoice attached
  • Original condition and tags intact
  • Original packaging

Please note:

  • SIROI DESIGNS reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.
  • If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via Store Credit and your original payment method.
  • Exchange orders are only refundable via Store Credit.
  • We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 7 days have passed from the refund date.
  • Any refunded Store Credit that is used on a new order (including exchange orders), can only be refunded as Store Credit – even if a different refund method is selected.
